The prestigious New Head Quarters of Mohamed Abdulrahman Al-Bahar which was under construction has now been completed. This new landmark in Kuwait City stands in the same location as the old head quarters, has been designed by Kuwait Engineers Office and constructed by Mohamed Abdul Mohsin Al Kharafi.
